We installed a registration system on a sand filter installation. Using tags, sand flow and pollution can be accurately monitored. We did this by order of Brightworks.
We began by dismantling the Fessmann cabinets and disconnecting all switch boxes & piping. In cooperation with Bolk transport B.V., we removed the complete installation from the site and transported it to the new location. There we re-hung the switch boxes, connected everything and thoroughly tested them. This project was carried out in-house, with a great result!
We successfully moved cooking chambers from Meppel to Lochem at Aarnink Vleeswaren. To meet the maximum transport height of 4.30 meters, we dismantled everything above this height and transported it separately. Using a boiler bridge truck and via a special route, we transported the machines safely. As the current flue pipe at the new location was too short, we built a new one. The entire project was completed within a week thanks to the cooperation of HYTT Hygienic Transport systems & Technologies and Bolk Transport B.V. The team, led by Pardytec, worked hard to make this project run smoothly.
Here we are performing maintenance on a sand washing machine, in which sand is separated from water. During our maintenance, we discovered that the lower bearing of the screw appeared to be broken. An emergency repair was carried out for this. This will be completely replaced at a later date. We also thoroughly checked the agitator for optimal operation
For this project we assembled a sampling cabinet with precision and provided it with stainless steel piping. In addition, we carefully connected all PVC drains. Now, sludge samples can be taken effortlessly and automatically to measure the substances present in the sludge. Convenient and efficient.
This project was about the overhaul of a double trough screw conveyor! We carefully dismantled both screws, installed new under liners and then mounted 2 new screws. With precise adjustment, we ensure they run in perfect sync.
This project involved the maintenance of an installation at Waterschap Drents Overijsselse Delta. This installation, at RWZI Zwolle, filters mechanical pollution from the water. Our maintenance included a thorough check of the bearings, chain, gears and drive, as well as an evaluation of the lamella packs to ensure optimal filtration.
We were dealing with a machine malfunction where the top blocks were damaged and jammed. We acted quickly so it was fixed before the weekend.
